Automatic pre-alerts

PostPlus has a new functionality, where the system will send pre-alert emails to relevant people based on MAWB or CMR document upload.

For this the shipment needs to be manifested/submitted, and after this, the document needs to be uploaded under documents tab. Customer needs to navigate to and open the relevant shipment and navigate to “Documents” tab and click on “Upload document”:

Clicking “upload document” will open a drawer window, where customer needs to choose type “AWB” (or “CMR” in case the shipment type is CMR”)

And either drag and drop the file or browse from the computer. The name will be updated based on the uploaded file name and then click on save:

Once the document is uploaded, pre-alert emails will be sent automatically.
